Ashley Barnes by a mile I should think.

His brace today came on top of what was already our man of the match performance.

He had an almost impossible job today to look good playing in that front 6 completely lacking any pace or much flair and yet most of the time he made it obvious that he is a very good footballer.

The bloke who sits next to me doesn't agree with my point of view.

I sort of guessed it might be Barnes. But I don't know for sure.

Those stats prove nothing. Would be interested in how many goals per game or, better, minutes on pitch. If Barnes tops that list, then fair play to him...

On a seperate topic, who is the top away goalscorer since the Amex opened?

I'd hazard a guess at Ross McCormack. Another 4 for him on the road today i see.

I'll leave that to someone else! I can't be arsed to trawl through all the BBC reports of who played when :p

Loving the fact our intermittent right back is 6th on the list.

But then again I (we) would.
