Any period as long as it was after bog roll had been invented .

Can't watch any of those pre Tudor period dramas without the thought of crusty chug nuts all over the shop.

No volunteer Vikings on here? You surprise me. All that raping and pillaging.

Not a chance, long hair and a beard...I would look like a thinner version of Robbie Coltrane!

Anyway that all sounds like far too much effort, I would prefer the 60's, all those festivals, free love...mods and rockers at the seaside...England win the World Cup...marvellous stuff!

As a concession, I think I'd let you take a roll back with you to whatever era you fancy. Wouldn't want a load of two-ply to get in the way of your temporal exploration.

Brilliant !! Then as long as I could be an observer as well and not a participent .
Any time in history where two humungous armies crossed horns with only swords and axes as weopens . That could be any battle , Hastings , Agincourt , Corinthia . They could be Romans , Vikings Saxons ....don't care just want to witness some carnage without having to be eligible to hold a sword. Must have been an absolute death sentence to be born a bloke in those days . "Right we are off to the crusades to fight the non believers . You're a bloke... you'll do .Here's your sword . Sorry we are right out of shields."

Going back to real periods of history, not fantasy and make believe.

Anyway, I started going to clubs and raves in the early 90's and just missed out on the first illegal raves of the late 80's in random fields and disused air hangers, I would love to go back to the 1988 Summer of Love raves before Michael Howard and the Tories introduced the criminal justice bill and ruined all the fun. Sad, I know.

Luckily enough we were sort of there for that although I will sadly admit I wasn't at St Martin's College
of Art in 1976.

Was actually 6th November 75

Wish i have been there, Adam Ant was the support act with Bazzoka Joe.

Early 60's with plenty of time and disposable income to go and see the Beatles at the Cavern, Stones and Who at the Marquee and all the other bands that have become legends. Whilst I was at it I would also be whizzing around Britain with the digital camera I would have brought with me in my time machine to record the end of steam on the rail network and travel on all the lines that would soon be "Beechinged".

Being born 1939,lived through this period, the austerity of the late 40s then the early 50s,the birth of Rock n Roll.being a Teddy boy in Brighton.Travelled the world. The 60s,Mods and Rockers, meeting the Beatles in Hamburg, having a drink with them (Although not famous yet). Lived with all the changes of transport, lifestyle changes but the one constant factor was love for the Albion and about to travel on probably the most important era of BHAFC
