I know we've done this before but I am still trying to get the best signal as against the best deal. I've had 3 who are rubbish. I had T-Mobile which was okay but bad when I lived in Worthing. Currently I have O2 who do pretty well but over the weekend I am going to use a Vodafone SIM which gives me the best signal yet. I have seen Orange used here and its wasn't good.

We have 5 O2 phones... two on contracts, and 3 pay as you go (300 txt a month) for the kids.

We chose it because of the local coverage in the Billingshurst area.

In general it seems a pretty decent arrangement for us as a family - although it's useless if they leave them at home, as No1 son seems to manage most days!

Its got to be Vodafone. My fist phone was with them, but then I changed to 02 which was rubbish in my opinion. I got a new phoe about six months ago And went back to Vodafone. Ive never looked back. Should never have left them in the first place.

I've been with every main provider at one point or other and in my pinion O2 is by far the best service and best reception.

Each time I try a different provider I get fed up with poor service, orange service used to be great but they've really gone down hill of late.

Just chuckling at Charlton
I was with O2 for years and their coverage is always top notch. Gone on to T-Mobile now mainly because of their fantastic Flext tariff and i have to say the coverage is as good as O2.

I used to use 'One-2-One' (don't know what they changed their name to) but the signal was rubbish in Brighton. Tried a couple of different phones with no better luck. Switched to Vodafone about 4 years ago and I've no complaints. Signal is good, rates are reasonable, no hidden charges, no unsolicited calls or texts (barring the odd 'service' SMS) and free annual upgrades. I'm on contract but I'm not a heavy user, I just use roundabout my allotted minutes every month.

I know others have had bad experiences with Vodafone but it would take a lot to get me to switch - barring of course a catastrophic reduction in Vodaphone's service.

One2One are now T-Mobile.
