For me, it's a toss up between groups A and D. Group C looks a bit GASH to be honest although I do have Sweden (& Latvia) in the work sweepstake so they could be dark horses for a semi spot. Group B is also CACK-A-CHACK - the appearance of France only masks a dearth of quality in that group. Group A should see the Iberian countries through although don't rule out Russia. I think the DEATHIEST is group D where there are three TOP QUALITY outfits and the 3rd placed team and non-qualifier will probably be determined by who doesn't beat Latvia 8-0. Latvia's starting line up will feature Astajevs who plays for Bristol Rovers.

Although Germany are a bit shit - f*** it, I don't know now. I'm all confused.

Before the tournement i would have said group d, but with greece winning yesterday i would say that both a and d are really hard groups.
