So with all the rumour going round about whether the rani will return for one of the specials, which villain from the original series' would you like to see make a return. Personally i think the zygons were great, any alien that controlled the loch ness monster is cool in my book. poll to follow.

Have only included monsteres who mademore thn one appearance, or they were a emorable one hit wonder, however will add an other option for those who wish to add another to specify it.

I don't want them to bring any of them back. All this "oooh, look who we THOUGHT we'd wiped out - they're back", it's BORING, and it just makes it look like the writers have run out of ideas (Probably because Davies had run out of ideas by the end).

I'm really hoping they'll get all new baddies in. I really think that Moffat will be more willing to do this.

The Rani is the main villain for Matt Smith in Series 5 even though she comes back during david tennant's time on November 14

And the Daleks are returning (again)
