At least they won't have to have Turkey.

Anyway, most of them aren't Christian so not only will they not KNOW it's Christmas time they also won't CARE. Also, expecting snow in a tropical or near-tropical climate is ludicrous. Who writes this rubbish?

We have had a duck in the freezer for ages that we have not got round to eating so thats the choppers sorted.
Just need to find a really good quality game gravy to go with it. I suppose gravy is the way to go because of the veg but I prefer a sauce like orange or plum. Sadly hoisin is a total no no.
