Unfortunately I don't think I'll get much of a chance now but I'd like to meet most of you. Why? The quote below pretty much sums it up. Whoever we are we share one thing in common and I bet we can find more!

, but I'd not swap my wife for him.

What about as a pet? I wouldn't mind a month's holiday in a caged pile of soot, a single bottle of anaesthetised water poking through one drilled hole for me to suck on. Somewhere in the hefty keg of still-smoking amber at the bottom of my home will be a prepared Ready Meal, something Italian in origin i hope, for me to dig to in order to remain silent and uncomplaining. Put a wheel in there to keep me fit and purposed too, and maybe a magazine i'll use late at night. And a bucket for obvious reasons. You can walk me in the evening while the wife cleans my mess and refreshes the meaning of my keep.

My kids are not very good with pets though. If they forgot to feed you like the guines pigs, how would I fit you in the wheelie-bin?

No-one wants to meet me either tede. Perhaps we can help each other.

My 3 then will be;

1. Tede
2. Tede's sister
3. Tede's other sister

Sadly I've just gotten off the phone from my Mum, my poor big sister has been to hospital this morning, they think she's miscarried for the third consecutive time... poor thing, fingers crossed it isn't but they seem to think she will....she and her hubbie are in floods of tears....

:( :(

I'm so sorry to hear that Tede - it makes my very dumb gags seem really (even more) stupid. Hope that she's OK.

Cheers TiD (if you mean me)

I have already met a good few posters on here.

Apart from your good self, I wouldn't mind having a pint with:-

Simster - share a birthday. I have met Frank/BHAexpress, would like to get his version of events.

Dandyman - seems to post intelligent stuff

Uncle Buck - seems to like a pint (or 12) at away games. (May have already met - Fatboy or Beach Hut may be able to confirm?)

Basically I've given up on meeting you. ;)

Like you ever offered to buy me a drink!!

We should have done lunch on the Wharf, dear. ;)

Indeed - I would have jumped at the chance - anything other than the dire Cat and Canary shithole that many of the CSFB drinkers used to frequent!
