Good Luck....

I went up there for a concert a few years ago and couldnt find anything in the centre - not even a spoons.

It's an absolute shithole of a place aswell.

Going to try some of the 7 pubs in Fenny Stratford, close by, and apparently footie friendly

Having lived there for a few years but thankfully now escaped - If you're going up early then head into Central Milton Keynes - plenty of pubs and restaurants round the theatre district - or there's Wetherspoons/Chiqutos down by MK station. Alternatively try Woolstones, couple of nice pubs there, or Woughton-on-the-Green or even Fenny Stratford.
Probably best to avoid any pubs in Bletchley, Eaglestone, Fishermead or Oldbrook.

Russ and Dabbzy are planning to meet some other northern seagulls in Wetherspoons near the MK train station. All dependent on catching the train at Birmingham New Street as the incoming train from Sheffield only gives them 3 minutes to run over to the platform. If succesful they get to MK at 13.18 , if not then 14.18 and no time before the game to sink a couple of pints.
