Where is the plane that crashed into the Pentagon?

not really, they had an hour or so to make this decision. Probably the same fighter that shot down the boeing.

After two planes hit the wtc, Fighters are dispatched to intcept the other two aircraft that are known to be off course and under terrorist control. Fighter fires warning shot thats ignored. this aircraft is heading for washington and the target is therfore pretty clear. Given that they already know this is a hostile attack, someone has to make the call - White House or death of 70 odd passengers. Not going to be the white house is it... someone on the political side objects, and the solution is to suffer a smaller, controlled hit on the pentagon to cover the possible discomfort.

Maybe not. but look at the alternatives: either a boeing crashed into the pentagon and vapourised on contact, or else you believe in the hardcore conspiracy that the whole days events where preplanned and orchestrated - in which case why didnt they actually crash the plane and avoid this question mark?
But why cover it up by blowing up part of the Pentagon? And, AFAIK there are people who saw the plane flying low over Washington.

Far more likely is that the other flight that never hit anything was shot down. I can imagine the American government prefering the report of passengers rebelling than that their own government just shot it down.

maybe it was a small aircraft. Maybe the terrorists (for im am convinced that it was a terrorist attack and not a government plan) where sophisticated enough to have mounted a missle underneath a private jet? the damage does appear more in line with that of a missle stike, even a small aircraft would have left plane debris of which there is scant evidence. and you still have to account for the disappearance of Flight77.

We will never know the truth as the official story is play and it will never be retracted.

There is no debris as the plane crashed at full throttle, most accidents they are trying to save the plane. Also the plane hit 4 solid brick walls, if your car hit a brick wall doing 100mph do you think there would much left - never mind nearly 500 mph.

I don't buy this conspiracy theory, I have seen countless documentaries - from both sides - and on this count I tend to agree that this was a plane, who was flying it is hard to say.

The only theory I do agree with is that the plane that "crashed" in pannsylvannia was shot down by USAF - it only "crashed" as the USA can not be seen to be killing their own!

Not read all the posts not looked at the link but assume its one version or other of that french blokes claim it was a missile not a plane and where is all the other footage etc.

All I can say is whilst i was in Washington last year I had a taxi driver whom we discussed this theory and he said it was a plane. He was in the car park as it came over and hit the building (obviously not the same bit of the car park as the bit the plane went through).

If he is telling the truth, pretty conclusive I think.

Marylyn Manson Rocks. I must ask my brother in law about this, as he was working there at the time. He wasn't in the building at the time of impact, but it would be interesting to hear his opinion.

I appreciate that Bush has been involved in corruption but just making the point that the only reason the corruption of the other side is not as widely known is because there is not right wing style Michael Moore willing to punch holes in the left.

American politics is corrupt from the core.

Fox News television
Bill Reilly
Anne Coulter
Rush Limbaugh
practically every US radio talk show host
a limp unquestioning media (hooray for the New York Times a paper that actually remembers what its job is)

I think there are quite a few right-wing equivalents to Michael Moore out there.

The majority of news comment in the US is of the unrestrained right wing variety. Michael Moore has achieved such notoriety because he goes against the grain and has challenged the accepted reality in the US. Most Americans still think saddam Hussein was behind 9/11, I don't think that would be the case if they were being force fed left wing views day in day out from the likes of mr Moore.

As for this conspiracy, well it sounds plausible, but then they all do don't they. I doubt we will ever fiind out.

i can't believe sky tv would put al jazeera on sky digital. They get the first video of all of the beheadings .

we get al - jazeera on the satellite at college (when it works)

I think the consiracy theory is a good one, but i agree with jmc. Anyway, why would America put a great hole in the Pentagon, when theyd need the whole building for the work that they would have had to do in the next few weeks/months/years??
