Well if it takes a week to tippex out a 7 and replace it with an 8 when the price label clearly says 10 don't be surprised if the response is quick.

The max Chelsea can go is 80 million according to someone on their forum so hopefully they'll give up.

I commented at the 70 million Arsenal bid in January that it was insane for us to turn it down and believe that was down to Roberto. Yes, just how far we have come is astonishing!

there was a time in the not too distant past where the idea of the Albion spending a million on a player felt pretty far fetched

If they can get to grips with Find and Replace, they can really speed up the frequency of their offers. It doesn't have to take a whole week each time.
I've heard it's 345 million shekels. Which I think its fair to say is a new transfer record.
