I find this a little hard to reconcile

“The time has come to face new challenges, but I want you to know that my love for this club and for all of you remains intact. I will always be a Seagull at heart, carrying with pride the fact of having been part of this family.”

with this

“It was always a dream to play for Chelsea … yeah I support Chelsea … it’s a dream come true to be here” yada yada yada

He’s a fantastic player, one of the best we’ve ever fielded no doubt but that Chelsea interview and his exit letter to Brighton - my Alexa sounds more sincere when she gives me the daily weather forecast 🙄

Somehow I expect Mitoma to depart in an honourable way that will keep my respect and affection. But Enciso? Nah, not so sure. I can see him scoring another 2 or 3 crackers this season followed by another Caicedo-style transfer saga next summer. Hope I’m wrong, obviously.

Enciso definitely gives off that vibe.

These wanky messages are beginning to get right on my tits.

Cock off with this shite Moises. How about "thanks Brighton, and I might have stayed if you paid me £300,000 a week for 8 years like Chelsea are going to"
Didn't bother to read it as knew what vomit inducing insincere written by agent hogwash it would be after their behaviour. Alex Mac A, on the other hand ..

Soulless from start to finish.

We will, and that's OK as long as it's done in a civilised way as most are like Mac Allister, White and Bissouma.
White’s transfer was civilised eventually but we had over three months of entitlement from Leeds.

Caicedo would have been incredibly civilised if he'd cried at Villa and we'd accepted a £70m bid early in the summer.
Not sure that it would. There'd quickly have been rumours flying about if we'd accepted 70m so early - like he'd gone on strike, or was having a Trossard strop. Would have been equally distasteful.

What makes him a complete nob in my eyes is the way he and his agent have used Liverpool to engineer his greedy demands with Chelsea. I just hope that hasn't affected our relationship with Liverpool in the long run, as they and their (actual, proper) fans are a much classier and storied club than the plastic pricks from West London.

From the little I have seen, the Scousers blame Chelsea as much as we do.

Brighton factually.....
Meh, he’s gone we made a shit ton of money, we’re still in Europe he has contributed to this amazing ride we are on and its the way of the world.
Come next summer watch teams like Chelsea start bleating about Saudi teams picking off their best players.
Oh the irony…..

I honestly cannot get worked up about a vacuous, transparently false PR statement attributed to Caicedo, written by his agent. If you bother to read it at all, you either accept it at face value or respond with bitter irony. Neither option is very helpful.

The best alternative in my view is to reciprocate the insipid pleasantries, then concentrate on NOW and follow RDZ's mindset 'I have forgotten him already'.
I think RDZ had a point when he suggested our huge home defeat to Everton was mostly due to the players dwelling on the Manchester United victory days before. We should heed the warning about being preoccupied with the past.

Whatever Enciso and Mitoma may or may not do is idle speculation and a waste of time. The club and we have work to do now!

As David Weir rightly said, 'Moises should do his talking on the pitch'.

You can see the calibre of the advice Moises has been receiving.
His messages are so disingenuous that they are achieving the polar opposite of what was intended.

He should now STFU and enjoy his payday.
