He's Gen Z. They don't work like that.
We've taken on 3 Gen Z graduates over the last 12-18 months. They're all bright and well qualified academically, but f*** me, the level of entitlement from them is off the scale! I've never had staff that have taken more man management than these 3.

Anyway, carry on. I wonder what unsubstantiated Caicedo rumours will be doing the rounds today?

Just a heads up. No training today.

Looking from the outside in on the whole story is quite fascinating. The media circus has built this whole story up over the last 8 months, flogging a Club's player to all and sundry, yet the club have been utterly resolute. We don't need to sell, but pay the £100m and he's yours. They try and spin the story in so many different ways, attack it from so many angles, yet the underlying stance from the Club is always pay the £100m and he's yours, no deviation, no soundbites, no compromise. It's amazing to watch the media feeding frenzy based on nothing else, but thin air. It's actually amusing to see the Chelsea fan on here trying to gaslight us now into saying how badly it'll reflect on future transfer purchases if we don't let him go on the cheap!

I'm hundred percent behind Uncle Tone holding out for £100m (it's not my money, so hey, be stubborn), but I sit here and think, play one more season for us, get European experience and the world is your oyster. The lad is just coming across as not being the sharpest tool in the box and badly advised by agents who are trying to cash in on their one decent asset.

Silly old bat
That was a long time ago and well before today’s footballers were born. We can all remember watching Brighton play in an athletics stadium in front of 5,000 in division four far more recently.

Chelsea won the European cup two years ago - even before you talk about the massively higher salaries they can pay, they are a much bigger and more attractive proposition to 99% of today’s foreign footballers.
All paid for by dirty money.

Well apparently the whole squad had Monday off which is probably why Moises 'wasn't at training'.

Be interesting to see what happens today.

Surely after a game the players were at least in for gym / recovery work ?

Yep, he spits the dummy, calms down signs a new contract, I guess he is on bloody good money, then is once again (supposedly) spitting the dummy because we wont meet CHA's valuation. In the meantime he is with one of the best run clubs anywhere, playing under a manager who many pundits say has us playing the most exiting football they have ever seen (it was either Klop or Pep who described our style as revolutionary), we damn nearly made it into the Champions League, got to the semi finals of the FA cup and the man boy wants to leave, someone should be suing his agents for malpractice.
