It's not really his decision, is it?
Chelsea have to pay the big bucks.
Edit: He's a Bayern Munich specialist, so has presumably based this 'story' on Caicedo turning down Bayern, and Arsenal being out of the race.

£90m according to Popbitch.Matt Law (Telegraph) reporting that Tony Bloom rates Caceido at £120m and Brighton are looking at deal worth £80m plus player or £120m straight deal.
He’s a pretty reliable source aswell, blimey.
The only consolation would be us getting Colwill which would be MASSIVE.
I tend to agree.I think he'll struggle there.
If he goes they will have paid us nearly a quarter of a billion pounds for a manager and staff they hated, a left back they hated and a 19 year old midfielder!
Then we tell him he stays. They're not even in Europe. He can wait until next year.Telegraph reported this evening that Chelsea have absolutely no plans to let Colwill leave.
They want a one way street of taking our player, end of.
How dare you ask for concrete informationSo absolutely zero concrete information so far then yet everyone appears to already be in mourning for him leaving
He's quality, he won't struggle anywhere.I think he'll struggle there.

Cucu set a nice precedent.Isn’t it strange how we think him going to Chelsea is a mistake. How time flies.

Indeed, it is a very distinct possibility that after our best ever season we will lose 2 of our best players.Preparing ourselves mentally for when he leaves. Even RDZ said something along the lines that Mac/Moises would likely not be with us best season.
Sadly, the way of £££££££ modern football.

However I’m not admitting defeat yet based on a couple of twitter twats, some of our fans just believe everything.
Caicedo is a wonderful player, probably going to be the best in the world in his position. But as long as we get a good deal and massive money, I honestly couldn’t give a toss where he goes and in all honesty, I think he and Chelsea are made for each other.
It’s different to Alexis. There’s no emotional attachment to him and he showed what he thinks of us in January. Hope this is done and dusted quickly, I’ve had enough of it already.
