I would happily have settled for mid-table before the season started, however I think we can finish 7-10 if we can keep the majority of the squad together and don't suffer too badly with injuries/suspensions.
I think the unknown is the loyalty of the players, how many will want to carry on playing for the Deans even if an offer comes in that they may find hard to refuse. I am hoping that the prospect of playing in the stiffs for Coventry/Stoke will not be enough to tempt when compared to the possibility of making the play offs or getting promoted next season, then getting a better offer from elsewhere.
Wet heavy pitch winter - 12th. Hard icy pitch winter - 4th or 5th and the lottery of the playoffs. I think we will be shit on heavy pitches and blinding on hard ones.

Bit negative but I think promotion would be a major issue for us with such a young squad and it may prove very difficult if we kept losing in the Championship for team morale.
However Championship footie would attract more finance and hopefully bums on seats.
Therefore promotion via play offs, however if pigs stopped plying Falmer might be being built.
Well, I thought relegated at the start of the season, and if we were still stuck with McGhee and CKR and bizarre substitutions and all the rest of the crap from the grim, dark days of the start of the season, then that's exactly what would have happened. Now, well, I'd say healthily top half, seeing as the opposition have absolutely no idea where the next goal's coming from in this ego-free youth team who are popping them in from all angles for fun. Assuming they're not sacrified to the black-hole of Falmer come January of course.
