A friend of mine visited Brighton for the first time a few weeks ago and I took her around town. Walking up London Road, we got as far as the Co-op and she said "I don't want to go any further, it looks horrible up there".

most people in Sussex don't give a toss about Football really . . . If you where to look at the percentage of population who've actually been to a game in say the last 5 years it'd probably be frighteningly low. a sad fact I think, and goes a long way to explaining the predicament the clubs been in, in recent years.
