I have have been looking at the remaining fixtures that we have

In bold are the points that we picked up in the reverse fixture

Carlisle 0
Millwall 3
Northampton 1
Crewe 3
Bristol Rovers 1
Leyton Orient 1
Southend 3
Yeovil 1
Walsall 0
Scunthorpe 0
Tranmere 0
Mk Dons 0
Swindon 3
Colchester 0
Oldham 1
Stockport 0
Huddersfield 0
Hereford 1

What concerns me is we currently have 28 points if we get same points in the reverse game that will give us 46 points - I am not saying it because it will happen but look what happened last season with the same points

Below is the league table for last season -

1 Swansea City (C) (P) 46 27 11 8 82 42 +40 92 Promotion to
League Championship
2 Nottingham Forest (P) 46 22 16 8 64 32 +32 82
3 Doncaster Rovers (P) 46 23 11 12 65 41 +24 80 Qualification to
Football League One playoffs
4 Carlisle United 46 23 11 12 64 46 +18 80
5 Leeds United 46 27 10 9 72 38 +34 76*
6 Southend United 46 22 10 14 70 55 +15 76
7 Brighton & Hove Albion 46 19 12 15 58 50 +8 69
8 Oldham Athletic 46 18 13 15 58 45 +13 67
9 Northampton Town 46 17 15 14 60 55 +5 66
10 Huddersfield Town 46 20 6 20 50 62 −12 66
11 Tranmere Rovers 46 18 11 17 52 47 +5 65
12 Walsall 46 16 16 14 52 46 +6 64
13 Swindon Town 46 16 13 17 63 56 +7 61
14 Leyton Orient 46 16 12 18 49 63 −14 60
15 Hartlepool United 46 15 9 22 62 65 −3 54
16 Bristol Rovers 46 12 17 17 45 53 −8 53
17 Millwall 46 14 10 22 45 61 −16 52
18 Yeovil Town 46 14 10 22 38 59 −21 52
19 Cheltenham Town 46 13 12 21 42 64 −22 51
20 Crewe Alexandra 46 12 14 20 47 65 −18 50
21 Bournemouth (R) 46 17 7 22 62 72 −10 48* Relegation to

without the 10 points deduction, the safety mark would have been 51

luckily, we seemingly have a better side for the second half of the season. now its up to adams to play his strongest team, stop shoe horning players into positions, not get out thought tactically, and pick up some results

Top 6 defo :lolol:

Don't forget people that we aren't playing Leeds United or Peterborough United on Saturday - we simply have Carlisle United so it's a nailed on 3 points. Even if we lose, our man at the helm will find plenty of positives and declare every cliche under the sun......

With the way DK and the board has managed to fund Adams and there own predicament, we can't possibly go down can we?

What bothers me is where would we be with Dean and the same funds, half way back to the championship i suspect.

The season is a f*** up, just avoiding relegation will now be an achievement.

we're in a relegation dog fight so 5th from bottom would be superb. that's all we need. i think something like 47 or 48 points will keep you safe this season so we need around 20 points to secure league 1 status.

personally i still think we're going down but i don't expect many people to agree!

Win 13 Draw 3 Lose 2.

42 Points + 28 Points = 70 Points = 7th

Yes I'm feeling optimistic.:lolol:

i think we will finish 17th but put on some fantastic displays of football laying the foundations for a top six finish next season with a playoff win against southampton to secure a place in le championship. Oh and a 3 nil win against scumthorpe at wembley in front of 30,000 fans in the jpt. Nurse!

I can see us getting 29 points in the games remaining which would give us 57 points and a finish just below mid way.
