I'm thinking of doing a couple of organised day trips, i.e. arrive in city in the morning and leave straight after the game. Expensive I know but it saves the bother of having to find a bed and also is the easiest way around work and wife committments. A work mate did this for England v France and said that it was one of the most fun days of his life (until about 89th minute anyway) and well worth the money he spent.

I did a day trip for the France game and it was horrid. Herded around in coaches, had to be at the place at a certain time, then sat at the airport for 2 hours in a layby having lost the game.

Went back out for the Croatia game on a single flight with one other and had a giggle for the week, could do you own thing. Bit of an issue once we are knocked out, as we had no flight home.
