usual sad comments when it comes to England, but we all know they're be watching anyway

apparently it's not cool to support your nation team, who will finish 4th in the premier league is far more interesting

I wonder what the mood would be on here if the England team included a couple of Albion players?

England v Scotland

Making a late dash to the game tonight. Most England games these days are not to be enjoyed, pointless, friendlies or easy qualifiers, but at least this one should have some edge. Really enjoyed their last visit to Wembley, and hopeful that we stuff them tonight.

Also hopeful that FIFA tells us off for daring to wear a poppy on our shirts, at that point I'd tell them to shove it.

I notice that Wales and N Ireland have bottled it. Cowards.

Indeed. "Look at me, look at me. I care less than anyone!". Like I said before, people would be up in arms if others stopped supporting the albion if they went through a bad patch, but apparently it's really cool to do that with your national team, and in fact some boast about supporting another national team. No wonder the national players aren't always so keen to play.

Yeah i agree completely, what is weird here is that some of these people would be up in arms on other threads about anti British sentiment, hating your country etc. I expect most will change their minds anyway if we are 4-0 up at half time. Come on England

It might be a joke to you. But shitting all over my hands and standing there, giving myself a warm, sticky round of applause whilst shit flies all over my house (I assume you'd have to do this in your own home) is no joke to me. I think I'd even prefer watching Palace play Rochdale in a pre-season friendly to be honest.

Watching England is way better than pooey clappy hand time. That's all I'm saying.

Afraid its so long since England did anything now people are losing interest. The prospect of Russia and Qatar don't help, how wants to go there?

That's true about Russia and Qatar but I've always followed England at Football, Rugby, Olympics, Golf, Tennis & Boxing, I can't help it ??? I know i get accused of being a lefty nerd but I'm proud when England do well at sports.

Not the real one
I'm not really bothered about England but what I don't want is the Sweaties banging on and on for years as they do if they beat England. For that reason I hope England win. It hasn't stopped me putting tenner on the jocks at 10-1. Just a bit of compo to make up for their gloating.

I'll be down the local to watch the oldest International fixture on the planet. EVERY game against the Auld Enemy is massive. The scotch must once again be put in their place by their rightful owners.

Bring it on.

I've taken the precaution of recording the game as I've made the schoolboy error of booking an evening of skittles with the camera club. If it's not on in the pub, I'll watch it when I get home.

No interest at all, off to the pub with my wife and 2 friends. I will check the score with mild curiosity when I get back. Until
We sort out the FA and the damage the premier league has done to football, then I am out. Hear that Rooney and Kane will be playing, yeah both in form
And were excellent in France?

Will be at home, GLUED to the TV, while Mrs Hiney prepares for a weekend in Amsterdam with some friends (what could possibly go wrong).

I will ALWAYS be a passionate supporter of our National team and will be praying they give the Scots a good hammering. People might question some individuals but that shouldn't diminish support for the 3 Lions.

Come on England!!
