Guess the difference is Scotland were not utterly shithouse

They brought back Scott Brown as they think he is a game changer. Sums it up

Yep. There is that. It's hard to care in the same way that I did back then. It meant so much. Tonight is a bit...meh.

Hanley OR Duffy ? Who got the BETTER signing ?Us or Newcastle

Poor poor attempt by Hanley but don't you mean Dunk, he would have buried that opportunity,

Duffy wouldn't have been eligible to play given that he plays for the ROI !

The earth
in all honesty it was not going to be like the old home internationals all blood and thunder,, and that was just the terraces ( I'm starting to sound like pretty pink fairy ) but beating the Jocks is special .. although they will probably want a referendum to see if they agree with the score...and ask for independence from our qualifying group.

I honestly don't think the Albion back 4 would have given the Scotland attack as many chances as the England back 4 have.

As Hoddle pointed out, Stones is encouraged to play "dangerously" in front of goal at Citeh. Problem is, the rest of the back 4, particularly Cahill, isn't.

Any way. Hopefully we will get another to cement victory.
