Anyone been to Thailand? Fancy going out in November/December for 2weeks or so? Fancy a bit of everything, bit of madness, bit of relaxing, will be with the missus so be looking at decent/alright hotels, Bankok Air seem cheap for internal flights so dont mind doing a bit of exploring.

Any suggestions of a brief itenary or places to go? Bangkok, Ko Samui, Ko Phanag, Ko Tao all have been recommended, but anywhere else?
