They have it wrong: there are four players but Archer's not eligible for England. They missed out Rawlins, who is eligible

Do they?

They don't comment on how many are English or English qualified - only that there are four black players.

Sussex have four black players in their first-team squad, more than any other county

Here's what it says "Black or mixed-race players eligible for England ..." not who will be eligible. It's really sloppy research given there are only eight names

It says 7% here (ca. June 2018), so that's 6.
