I'm intrigued as to what sparked this display of violent comedy. Obviously emotions were running high, but I doubt it was due to the game. You can't get that emotionally involved when there's no risk of being relegated. Often it's a race to the bottom so your team get first pick in the next draft. What are those games like anyway? Must be weird watching two teams not wanting to win and doing everything to lose. American sports are very strange. Is this what happens when the hot dog kiosks close?
I've learned my lesson since then, just in time for Amsterdam.I've seen someone on NSC beat himself up at a friendly cricket match, yes the ball did pitch 8 foot outside the line and he was out of his crease by 10 yards but I'd had enough of his prodding and poking at buffet balls,I thought it looked plum so up went the finger,I wouldn't advise lobbing your bat up in the air without a helmet = huge lump on bonce and then for good measure booting the clubhouse door= a broken toe,you pudding head
P.S I've also seen a now very nice NSC moderator attack a innocent plastic chair at another cricket match, with his huge arse and then have the cheek to blame his Mrs for failing to adhere to part of their wedding vows.
Be careful out there, cricket is dangerous in the wrong hands.
I have no clue to what happened, I went through some of the Twitter replies to try and find out, got bored after reading the same comments about the slippery floor 20 times.I'm intrigued as to what sparked this display of violent comedy.
