Milk in tea ? ? Yuk ! !
Apparently the milk molecules block up the perforations in the tea bag so the flavour can't get out. I leanrt that from Keith Miller from Eastenders!

Teabag - Milk - Sugar - Water.
Then some manual straining (using the back of the teaspoon) in order to achieve desired hue.
= Best cup-o-tea ever.
That's a load of bollocks. Scientists? What do they know?
Milk first, then water. Makes the perfect, strong, scum-free cuppa
"If milk is poured into hot tea, individual drops separate from the bulk of the milk, and come into contact with the high temperatures of the tea for enough time for significant denaturation - degradation - to occur. This is much less likely to happen if hot water is added to the milk." - Dr Andrew Stapley, a chemical engineer from Loughborough University.
I know not everyone agrees. So how about I make my tea how I like it. And you can all make your tea how you like it.
Indeed, this is like the main point. I don't know how it does it, but it does indeed make for a scum free cuppa.
Keith Miller from Eastenders!! You must admit you are wrong on this Dingo and you must change your evil ways!

Keith Miller from Eastenders is plain WRONG on this one.
Maybe he needs to look at the degragation of the leaf and not the milk. Too many people in this world focusing on the fats in our lives...tea was originally drunk without milk at all I believe...

Bloody right, the milk should not get out focus as it is a secondary ingredient. After all the drink is call 'Tea' not 'Milk'. Right?.....Right?......come on who's with me...........
