June is the date being chucked around.

The good thing is the hearing will only last a couple of days if that, and the Judges decision will be made at the end, so we should have no more waiting for a decision.

Is that the judges ruling on whether there will be a JR. If he says Yes when is that likely to take place.

If it goes against us then can we appeal?

No. The High Court won't 'go against us'. The matter would be referred back to John Prescott. If he reverses his decision and says no, we can appeal to the House of Lords. What the grounds for appeal are would be dependant on his reasons for the decision.

June is the actual hearing ! the Judge will make the decision on whether LDC have a case in the next few weeks.

The High Court decision will, I believe, be very soon after the hearing. It's not going to hold us up that much, unless it goes back to Prescott and he drags his feet.

The club will get all the tender documents ready, and there are still some things which have to go through Brighton & Hove City Council before the excavators and bulldozers can move in.

I believe the club when they say that the ground will open for the 2008/09 season.

Am I right in reading this as the judge could say in a couple of weeks there is not enough grounds for a JR and throw it out so in theory we could start digging the next day, other than of course the legal side with B & H Council and tenders etc.

June seems to be the time when everyone is expecting the high court hearing to happen. Is this the hearing to decide whether or not there is a case for a judicial review or is this the likely time when the actual judicial review is likely to take place?

Does anyone know - Lord B?

Is it does get referred back to JP, would the Withdean pie go in our favour? Not the fact that he was given one, but the shiteness of it. He may think that if that's the best catering they can do here, I'll give them a new stadium with proper food.

Since I've had a couple of PMs from people who seem to think that I might know something about the timetable for the High Court process, best I give my answer here.

I know nothing.

At least from the statement made by Martin Perry we do know that the matter will not be referred to a judge to determine whether or not to grant a hearing but will go straight to the courts for the hearing whenever that may be.
