Error - cannot find an image at the specified URL. Please make sure that you have entered a valid URL.

do I attach the URL to the 'http://www' that's already in the cp user box or do I have to delete that first?

I've got a pic from google that says it's 68 x 68 but it's a jpeg. Address is google but linked back to an argus web site by the looks of it.
Any ideas?
