Usually get up around 4:00 & have a good breakfast before starting at 6. No lunch for me……. Don’t eat again until 6pm.

I work from home and have lunch at 1pm when my wife finishes her work, but have been known to visit the fridge a few times during the morning, just to check that it’s ok.

Is lunch time the same as dinner time?

I know some argue that dinner is an evening meal but at school all the dinner ladies had gone home by 3pm and we never saw them again until lunch time the next day ....

12:30 we sit down and watch the last 30 mins of Bargain Hunt with sandwiches and a nice pot of tea. Missing all the "coming up today", "meet the teams" guff. And yes, I am retired.

In my working days I was normally fed up by midday so went to lunch then.
