spoke to bob the maintenance fella on saturday and it seems that they run the cctv for a couple of hours the other week and it caught crows sitting on the back of the seats pecking the numbers of.
The next plan is to put the numbers on the bottom of the seat which when up they will still be visible for the fans and when the crows sit on the seat to get to them their weight will push the seat down and frighten them away

I find my seat by taking my bearings from where TLO is sitting.

He's just down there to the right of me.

Messes things up when he's late

We need a SCARECROW in the South Stand then.
Perhaps Joe Gatting could stand in for now till we get one. He's already got the movement off to a tee.

What about making it really interesting by swapping the blocks about as well as having seats with no numbers?

Block D next to the family stand, Block C up next to Block H.

Could be more amusing than some of the home games over Christmas.

In the Family Stand you quite often get told to sit where you like, which gets quite interesting when someone gets all territorial about their seat.

:p

I think it will be. I turned up slightly late the other day (15:01) and there were a group in my seats. I was verbally spat at by one couple as I was in the way, although I would have slunk into my seat needlessly if someone hadn't got the wrong row - stewards stood there apathetic. It will be mayhem, coupled with the fact that there will be plenty of people turning up late as we are somewhat of a commuting town.

It is quite easy. Have a steward running the stairs before kick off with a bit of paper giving a rough idea of the layout and the seat numbers for each row end.

.... sensible suggestion - it will never catch on
