I would like to tell you about my greatest breakfast experience but I do not mean it as a bragging look at me post. Many years ago Mrs Chopper and I went to Sandals Negril for 10 days.
Breakfast was buffet style but the fare was expansive to say the least and there was something there for all nationalities, loads of fresh tropical fruit, delicious bread, fish, pancakes, cereals and all the english fry up stuff with eggs anyway you wanted them.
All beautifully cooked.
Breakfast was eaten on a large wooden verandah built just above the beach looking out to sea all nice and warm and sunny.
Or you could eat it on your suite balcony by room service.
Breakfast is usually a rushed affair or not taken at all (mon-fri) but I did not realise how good you feel after a proper breakfast it really sets you up and makes you feel so much better up until lunch time.
How nice it must be to eat breakfast in similar circumstances every day.

i've been thinking this over for the last 24 hours or so and still can't decide.

Either,

Some sort of full English.

A spicy beef noodle soup.

Salmon Benedict.

A Masala Dosa

Kedgeree

or

A breakfast burrito

Whichever it is I want it with a pot of coffee and a bloody mary, please.
