Just the one mug of tea? Amateur.

This is a serious subject which I need to devote much thought towards. I'll be back when I'm ready.

Nah. Fruit, porridge and decaff coffee for me. Boring or what. Feel bloated if I have a fry-up.

This without chips, you cant have chips for brekkie. Due to Weight Watchers my ideal breakfast is 2 toast with a poached egg on each.

2 rashes of bacon
2 Chicken sausages
Baked beans
Mushrooms

Unfortunately I only get to eat this once in a blue moon!

2nd half of autumn, winter and 1st half of spring = Porridge or bacon, eggs and whatever other unhealthy fried things on toast.
2nd half of spring, summer and 1st half of autumn = Cereal and/or an Ice cold Smoothie YUM and/or a yogurt of some kind.

To be honest I'm not a massive fan of full english breakfasts, too many greasy things on one plate, that might be because I don't really get that hungry in the mornings.

Orange juice and a yogurt, fresh fruit salad. Crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, field mushrooms, grilled tomatoes, sausage, Colmans English mustard. Pot of tea and a glass of water. To follow an almond croissant and a cappucino. May squeeze in a kipper and brown wholemeal bread before the almond croissant:)

1) Natural yoghurt on tinned pears
2) One croissant
3) Full English:

Two bangers
Two slices of bacon
Limitless hash browns
Button mushrooms
Half of a big beef tomato, slowly grilled
Two eggs (poached, although scrambled is acceptable)
Optional fried bread (MUST play this card after a hang over)
A cafatiere of coffee (tea is an acceptable alternative)

That’s THE bang tidy breakfast right there, and renders an evening meal unnecessary.

LA...wishing it was devon..
dan walker ( he off the beeb) has a superb perfect poached egg recipe on his blog........ twitter #dukeofyolk. it works and would probably be my favourite with some artisan bread and a tasty banger. sausages and mushrooms just dont go! love them both separately, but not on same plate...

Hmmm.

Large whole tinned plum tomatoes on crispy fried bread
2 soft poached eggs on 1 piece of white toast
quartered chestnut mushrooms fried in butter and pepper
2 rashers of quality, lightly smoked back bacon
1 very herby pork sausage
6 cherry tomatoes on the vine, roasted with a little olive oil and salt

1 large glass freshly squeezed grapefruit juice

1 large Latte

Picky - me?
