My sister in law has just started a side buisness making these babies, had a great day last Sunday polishing off the biscuits, chocolate cake and YES getting the fingers in the mixing bowl.

You would have got on well with my ex-flatmate. He used to make Hash cakes every week. A laugh a minute in my household, literally.

I would go for carrot, but not a great fan of cake.

Big Time, was'nt there some EU debate on their classification recently on if they were technically a cake or buiscuit for TAX or VAT purposes. I love the French versions called PIMMS they have about a dozen flavours.

Indeed they are tasty, I was partial to the raspberry flavour:

Not sure about the difference between a cake and a biscuit, maybe something to do with whether it rises during cooking, can't be to do with whether it is hard or not because not all biscuits are hard.
