Anyone remember when Albion started producing replica shirts for boys? I seem to recall the adult one began appearing in the mid-to-late-80s but I’m sure they did child versions well before that. Wouldn’t surprise me if they did them in the all-white strip era of the 70s.

I certainly had a bukta replica kit at the age of 8 or 9 in the late 70's. I proudly wore it most of the time I wasn't at school.

Stripes for me. I do have the bluebody white arms shirt but have not worn it. Which seasons were we all white. I don't recall them but I was away at uni then.

1 - Blue with white sleeves, which is what the kit was when I first went in 1966.
2 - All white (with blue trim), or at least all-white shirts, which I think followed the 'Arsenal' style.
3 - Stripes, but proper stripes, front and back. And definitely not striped shorts.
4 - All blue. I never liked the British Caledonian shirts

The only person missing is Charlie Liversey, that's when I came in, the only way to identify the year 68. Still has to be stripes with these shirts in second.

70-71 and again in 74-75.

I think the worst one was the 93-94 shirt which didn't seem to be able to make up its mind what it wanted to be. Ribero were responsible for our two worse looking kits as they also produced the striped shorts kit with the shirts with the weird star wars storm trooper style sleeves...

Perhaps you would like a pinstripe. I was particularly intrigued by this style as it was only used for very short periods during two seasons but never over a whole season. Once in 1958 between August and September and again in 1962
between August and December.

Maybe that was the reaction to it at the time, which might explain why it was abandoned before Christmas in the two seasons they used it.
Personally I don't mind it. It has a certain late1950s Italian Riviera look about it.

Although I do like the all blue 80's.
And by mistake voted for blue with white sleeves.

It should be burned and the ashes buried in a lead line box In Croydon.

Stripes for me, proper ones mind, none of this thin or double thick malarkey.
I don’t mind the blue with white sleeves providing its old school round neck with white trim.
White kit is great for a 2nd strip but no no for a first.
Blue kit is a no. It’s just very boring.

I do also like the blue shirt with white sleeves.

Must be blue shorts and white socks.
