Had no idea you could get this sort of thing in Brighton. The number 61 was a regular lunch when I lived in Taipei. The first time we went to this little street cafe that did it the translators we had needed to tell them "yes they want it just like we would have it" because they were convinced we wouldn't handle the spice levels. They were unconcerned about our ability with the boiled blood though.Yes I have ordered these and found them delicious.

Me neither for a while, had to be up London for my hit of spicy pork arseholes or duck vulvas with dipping sauce.
