Mix up some PAXO sage & onion stuffing with hot water.

Then mix that together with twice as much mash potatoes.

Serve with good quality sausages and baked beans.

Well nice!

Bangers and mash all the way. Whack some peas on for added nutrition.

Cheesy mash with cheese on top then under the grill to give it a nice crust, served with sausages and beans. The traditional Monday dinner in the upthealbion household

The mash with salad cream is good. Try mayonnaise as an alternative

Another option with butter (substitute) and milk is a sprinkling of curry powder or chilli powder. Happy days. They'll definately be a great accompaniment to one of the new Amex pies.

I asked the question at a meeting today and a colleague said he does the mash the conventional way (salt pepper, milk and butter) and then adds baked beans, mashes it all together, put grated cheese on top and then under the grill for 5 minutes........simple, but sounds very tasty.

I like the idea of liver and kidneys and Horshradish mash......a meal for next week for sure.
