Poor design?

I mean, who mashes spuds with these things that are designed to hang on hooks? That butt-end hook gets proper painful digging into the palm of your hand as you push down with vigour to mash said spuds, the handle "grip" section serves no purpose at all except to let this hang alongside the other utensils to make them look like a set.

Designed by a woman who always gets hubby to mash the spuds?

I'll raise you - bangers & mash but with baked beans

Place in a large bowl, slice up the bangers into bite-size pieces, mix in all together and spoon it in.
