Just watched a documentary of the making of Wish You Were Here and was quite upset to be reminded how Syd Barrett fried his brain on acid. Rogers Waters Lyrics on this are just amazing, every line is so heartfelt and summed up Syd as I imagine him. I was a massive Floyd fan when I was young and the first concert I ever went to was just after Dave Gilmour replaced him. So sad
