Everyone has a band that doesn't 'fit' with their 'usual' stuff. I am generally left cold by 'musicality', particularly of the 4:4. guitar base drum vocal variety from the 90s.

But....but....I absolutely love the Boxer Rebellion. Practically every track has the hairs standing on the back of my neck. There is something about the slight frailty of the vocal, the earnestness and intensity, and the proximity of loss of control. And the chunes, of course. I love an anthem, me.
