This is from the 2021 album You Had A Kind Face by Butcher Boy (terrible name!). They formed in Glasgow in 1998 and released several albums with little recognition. This is on the Needle Mythology label who pick up songs that have gone under the radar ... like the brilliant Heartworm by Whipping Boy.
