Heard this on Ken Bruce this morning, one of Chris Packhams all time favaourite songs. Rather haunting.
Song to the sirens is reference to sirens tempting sailors at sea stems from the ancient Greek myth of sea nymphs luring sailors on to rocks by their singing.
