I was never a great Gerry Rafferty fan, but 'On a wing and a prayer' contains some amazing tracks. I was lucky enough to see him in concert with a full band at The Dome around this time, and they were phenomenal. A tortured soul, may he rest in peace.

Great fun band. I was lucky enough to see them on a few occasions, and they never let me down. Sailor were a lot of fun, and produced a sound unlike anything I'd ever heard before.

'The calling', by Mary Chapin Carpenter featured a few tracks that were virtually life changing. 'On with the song' is my personal favourite, but I've probably already posted it. 'Your life story' represents her at the best. That's why I'm sharing it with you.
