Brilliant selection. One of my top 5 best gigs, Love at Mount Ephraim near Faversham, Arthur Lee and the young fan band, playing and singing note perfect. There were tears
They were good. Vocals a challenge, generally, but...
I had a long conversation about a dodgy 12" single cover of theirs a few months ago. Recently found said item in the shed, where it will stay. No trace of the cover on t'internet, thankfully. Art, boundaries....times change. For the better.
Aaaah, a family favourite. Often heard to be tumbling about the house at high volume when Mrs H is having one of her “kitchen gigs”.
Let me add this is in no way stating my wife’s place is in the kitchen. That room has the best acoustics,
Brings back memories of a satisfyingly sweaty APOP gig at The World’s End. Eclipse was the bomb that night.
