what's the BEST park & ride site?

never used the park & ride before, which one of the best for getting in and out of?

If you are early enough Mill Rd as it is straight out on to the A27 but it fills up quite early.

I think the racecourse is the most under-used P&R site, Mithras house is fairly good but Mill Rd will be full before 6:30.
