A Crack House
We ordered a few from Pong Cheese. They send you a 5th for free if you order 4.

Went for Lincolnshire Poacher, Golden Cenarth, Sellers sur Cher, and Fourme d'Ambert.

The first 3 arrived along with a cheddar and a brie. No Fourme d'Ambert to be seen
Used to use pong but stopped about 4/5 years ago as they weren’t reliable.

Blue, blue, blue, and yet more blue for me.

Possibly with just a little runny brie or camambert on the side.

But mainly blue.

Yummy yummy in my tummy.
If I ever I drop in when passing through Cowfold we won't have any trouble in cheese sharing. I'm no blue and nothing runny.

For me, mild Cheddar, Edam, not runny Brie, Red Leicester.

As I prepare for bed, it occurs to me that I don't think I have ever eaten Gloucester cheese and even less know what 'Double Gloucester' is. I'll have to go and buy some.

Double Gloucester sounds like a wrestling move.

It’s more a case of what isn’t in the cheeseboard here. Among the favourites is Basque hard mountain sheep’s cheese and aged Gouda that’s so old it tastes nutty.
