Under 8's football training followed by Under 7's football training.

Tonight : The Beachcomber, Seaford - there is a benefit gig for a little lad called Jarrad who was hit by a car in January and is now very very poorly in a London hospital. There are three bands playing and donations on the door. Jarrad is my friends nephew so I promised to 'unretire' and go and croon with the bands, in a backing singer capacity, where needed.

Tomorrow : Lil Coach is playing at Falmer. Oh what a dream. No, not the new stadium (in case you were wondering) but an FA Junior Football tournament. His team were drawn in a very hard group including Hove Rivervale, Hove Park Colts and Seaford.

Another weekend of Junior Football - lets hope the parents keep their tempers!

Sunday: Early start to drive to Barnsley for a Dog Show

Can't understand why I've just read all this and was actually interested in what people I've never met are doing this weekend!

Just in case anyone else is interested, Today I'm going to Brighton this morning, Football at Little Common this afternoon, and a private party in a pub for a 21st birthday followed by a night in the Royal Vic Hotel in Hastings.

Tommorow, cooked breakfast in hotel, Get home and sorted, then off to the Pilot Field to watch my mate in a cup final. Sunday night, roast dinner and watch whatever cricket/Spanish football I can find.

Going to the Pavilion Theatre tonight to see The Fall. As I have a couple of Aussie mates staying over the weekend, drink may well be taken at some point.

This morning i am off for a one-on-one football match in moments. I finish for breakfast with my most recent ex, each of our hearts still beating randomly and dreamily for the other, and a trip to see 300 at 12.45. I don't anticipate this being an epic i will love to remember or remember to love, but it's on early and i have a passion for returning to bed with book and football scores.
Tomorrow, i want to relearn all sorts of pretty words, their placements and my mind's stare and judgement at each.
I would love to be well enough to sound a tad dainty or memorable instead of immobile and wounded, and i am rather hoping this weekend might allow just that.
