Are you an astronaut?

As an aside when are you going to smash 22 in the Parkrun?

Cheese and marmite sandwich, a handful of Spicy chilli tortilla pringles, two fingers of a limited edition MOCHA kitkat (very nice) and a home made rock cake.

And no drink.

Need to sort that, now.

Haha, it pretty much is powdered food.

I'll try to get to a Park Run as soon as I can.
Trouble is, I do this 'Insanity' class late on a Friday night so my legs aren't up to it early Saturday morning!
Will try to get there this Saturday, are you about?

A lime and thai chilli chicken (from sainsburys) sandwich in malted bloomer bread (aldi) with lettuce (aldi) and mayo (asda).

I like to shop around.

Sandwich from shop next door. Chicken & bacon on malted brown bread. No bits, just a spread. Cost £1.49 and was rubbish. USE BY 13 NOV. How can a sandwich have an 8 day shelf life?

That sounds absolutely RANK. Cheapo pre-packaged sandwiches from newsagents or convenience stores are without exception grimness personified. I'd rather eat my own hair.

What on earth were you thinking ?

So far I've eaten:-

A big bite of cheese (Double Gloucester)
3 chipolata sausages left over from last night.
A packet of pork scratchings
Bacon noodles.
2 wraps.
& a family sized malt loaf.

Washed down with a 'recovery' milkshake, 2 cups of tea, squash and 2 Anadins.

I am just back from a ride and yes I had a massive hunger deficit, feeling very woo-ey.

Yes. Usually in the start position where we were before.
