Not sure if that picture will show up, but it's a tortilla filled with whatever you like (cream cheese and salsa for the girl child, the boy has beef and horseradish), rolled up really tight and wrapped in cling film and in the fridge for a few hours then sliced into round circle bite sized pieces.
