I was going to opt for the goose this year just for a change. Spoke to a few butchers and they said don't bother they are minging and twice the price.

I now have a Turkey.

goose is very different lammy, a much more flavoured treat.

go for it next year and order from canhams in hove, fantastic stuff!

Our neighbour Ralph died from a heart attack after his Christmas dinner last year. He was only 46.

Sort of spoiled the pud for us all.

But obviously a warning in there somewhere and thoughts with his wife and six kids this year
