Tough one.

I think for the long term future of the club, staying up would be better than winning the Cup.

Besides, if we stay up, we'll have many, many more goes at winning the Cup.

Both options have us staying up, 17th or 10th

For me win the cup and finish 18th means we will lose a number of our players and we are back into the lottery of the Championship. Lose the cup game and finish 10th, means we would likely keep our key players and also more chance of attracting that key striker that the club needs enabling us to push on

Youngsters coming through and getting up to speed, getting better all the time, maybe one big sale in the summer and one or two new faces coming in to further freshen up and strengthen the squad. Time to go again in the PL in the 2021-22 season, plus crowds back and European nights under the lights at The Amex.
