IMHO there is no smoke without fire - they are probably right about you, best not to say anything, you will only make yourself look stupid ;)

Need to clarify this - 2 of my staff were slagging me off to each other via there own internal email.
How do I know this? - well I have access to ones email account!
So how can I use this to my advantage?

Impersonate the person whose account you have access to. Make them say that you're really great, and the person they e-mail is a slag. Then watch them fall out with each other. Also send provocative e-mails to other staff members from that account, so they will all hate the two colleagues.

May I be so bold to ask what they are saying about you?

Too complex to explain really, but IMHO I try to please everbody, maybe thats my downfall!

I have to say maybe I am a good manager if people dislike me, it means I have dome my job properly.

But who cares really - Iam out of here tomorrow!

Also, if she's 21 years old and fit, get her drunk at an office party and shag her, or somehow leave the impression on your co-workers that you did nail her (i.e. leave the place with her alone, with all your colleagues noticing). It will give her a reputation that she probably wouldn't want.

My best to date was to bug my firm's mainframe (I was their system's programmer) so that it destroyed their main database on a certain day. They could restore it but every time they re-booted the machoine it would execute the same routine. Took them three months to figure out what I'd done but even then they couldn't prove it.

One way is to try and 'borrow' one of your detractor's email address and then send an abuse email company wide.

When this happened to my dad he stole his bossesmouse one night, cemeneted it in a plant pot, then went in early next morning to put it back. Said it was the funniest thing ever when his boss returned. :lolol:

Make sure you take your mouse with you wherever you go because if they finds out it was you then they could do smoething back
