Leeds really didn't have a clue. With City down to nine men, their only tactic was to lump long balls down the middle. It obviously didn't occur to their manager or any of their players to try to stretch play by using the width of the pitch.
Under normal circumstances I would've been worried when we went down to nine men, to say the least. But yesterday I was totally confident that we could hold out for another ten minutes, and we did so easily. Leeds really were that bad.
They look similar to the Forest team of a couple of years ago. Some talented individuals, but no spirit, no leadership and absolutely no clue in terms of tactics.
Blimey sounds like there is a real chance of them going down then. Funny that you compare them to Forest as I assumed they would pull clear in the end but that was probably more to do with the club's history rather than the then current set up. Let's hope Leeds go the same way. I look forward to taking 4 points off them again and our rather good record against them continuing next season
