The seats.
I guess the white lines won't go in until a few days before the 1st match.
I believe that at the end of the month, the stadium is finished but the actual facilities aren't. i.e. stuff like signage, seat numbering, cosmetics etc. are all the responsibility of the club, not the constructors.
